Also when bench testing you were suppling 12 volt to the furnace and not through any of the wires or their connections in the trailer .
Even a bad connection at the furnace fuse could drop the voltage enough ;under load ; to slow the fan .
Like I said , we're in left field here , outside the box , because you've covered all the usual suspects.
I hope Old-Biscuit can confirm my thought on the roof A/C board being in the circuit .
Particularly since the A/C fan seems to be acting up.

Right, I did bench test with wires directly off the batteries and not through the connections.
The fan sounds like it's at full speed, but I'm certainly going to test the voltage to the wiring at the furnace.
Man, I hope it isn't something like this member ran into:
https://www.irv2.com/forums/f54/ac-w...mp-614228.html
If everything is running through the dang AC, and something chewed it up, that could get costly.

A nightmare to be sure , any rodent attack on wiring is BAD.

2019 vintage.......A/C Control Module should be part of the communication between thermostat/furnace & A/C Unit
A/C Fan in Low or High seed settings (vs Auto) should cause A/C Fan to run when thermostat is on Heat setting and furnace operating
*concept is A/C Fan helps circulate warm air at ceiling
A/C Control Module may be accessed via ceiling grille

Thanks a ton Old-Biscuit!!!!!!
As always, you da man, man.
Golly, I was afraid that is what was going on.
Of course, a ton more expensive for the control box.

Sent you a PM Old-Biscuit.
This is what I sent, just for reference if anyone else is looking into this thread:
"Hey man, is there a way to test the control module?
You were correct, it was up inside the AC via the filter cover.
Today though, I pulled the thermostat wires on the control module and plugged the back in, and now the fan runs when I set the thermostat to fan low or high, which is what it's suppose to do.
But, the furnace still isn't lighting.
Wow, I don't just want to throw parts at it LOL.
I'm trying to figure out if it's the furnace circuit board or the dang control module.
Both, of which, are a smidge over $100 and I really don't want to purchase both.
I did purchase a couple of sail switches and put one of the new one's in after I bench tested, just to be on the safe side."

Furnace worked when removed and bench tested
Furnace is NOT working installed ........question is DC to furnace from A/C Control Module?????

Tested plug and showing -0.18 volt on the red/white to the T-stat.
does this need to be tested plugged in and calling for heat?

Pin #4....Red DC+ & Pin #2 Black DC- (should measure 12VDC)
Pin #1....Red/White DC+ & Pin #2 Black DC- (should measure 12VDC)
Thermostat set to Heat........temp higher then room temp
Pin #2...Black DC- and Furnace Blue Wire (should measure 12VDC)
**one Furnace Blue wire 12VDC+ from thermostat. Other Furnace Blue wire 12VDC+ to furnace when thermostat closes

Yes, red has 12VDC and (with plug, plugged in) red/white has 12VDC.
I will go test the two blue wires momentarily.
Thank you soooooooooooooo much for all of your help so far Old-Biscuit!!!!!!
I so appreciate it man.
EDIT: Yes the "blue" (actually white with red strip) has 12VDC. One has it and once the thermostat closes, the other has 12VDC.

Then 12VDC IS being sent to Furnace Circuit Board calling for Fan to start
AND sequentially ignition provided Furnace Circuit Board is functioning
Furnace worked (bench test)
So question now is--with furnace installed is circuit board DC connection still being made
On/Off Switch ?????
'PWR' circuit on circuit board???
'BLO' circuit on circuit board???
Hopefully it is just the On/Off Switch got turned off/tripped
EDIT: Just read your PM
When I turn the T-stat to heat, it kicks on the furnace fan (normal) and runs for about 30 to 45 seconds and doesn't ignite. Then the fan just shuts down.
That rules out On/Off Switch and 'Pwr' --'BLO' circuit on circuit board
Flame on...then shuts down
Flame Proving......Spark Electrode
Either Not engulfed in flame, Bad connection, Bad electrode
*Ignition spark is ~2000VDC BUT flame proving signal that circuit board must detect within 6-7 seconds of ignition is ONLY a few MILLIAMPS

So, Old-Biscuit, would you figure the igniter board is bad in the furnace?

I would first be looking at spark electrode

I will check that it is properly spaced and burner is clean. I'll look to ensure there are no cracks on the porcelain and wire is not frayed as well.
Thanks once again Old-Biscuit.
And actually, since I've had it out once and know how to do it, it will be a lot easier to pull the furnace again.
