Dometic Duotherm 15k Unit Question/Problem

The unit is working just as it should on a/c and heat pump. Cold when on a/c and hot on heat pump. When in a/c mode with fan on auto, when it cuts off you can hear what I assume is the squirrel cage spin for a few seconds as it winds down. You can here a little thumping, but not bad at all. When in heat pump mode with the fan on auto, the same happens but sometimes it really thumps bad as it winds down. Sometimes the thumping isn’t so bad. The winding down seems to take longer in heat pump mode.

I haven’t been up top with the cover off to check it out. Looking for some ideas as to what to look for. The squirrel cages are metal and in good shape. I serviced the units this spring by cleaning the coils and lubing the shafts on the motors. I assume these are original equipment to mh (see signature).

Any thoughts/suggestions/ideas would be appreciated.
