Dometic freezer door panel loose

The door panel is loose. I took it apart. The panel looks like it has 2 spots of glue on the back, but there is no residue on the refrigerator side. The lower trim will snap up into the door, but it will not support the panel. Should I glue it in? We are leaving tomorrow for 10 days. I think it will be easier to repair when we get home and I can take the door off. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would "reglue" it with 2 sided tape or the thin foam with 2 sided glue...

It is normal for the panels not to be glued too the doors. They are only dropped into the frame and the top trims installed to hold them from falling off. If you have to change out the refrigerator the panels may be used in new one.
