Dometic macerator toilet low water flow

We have a Dometic macerator toilet in our motorhome. The water flow to the bowl was fine for the first couple of years but now it is low and only comes out of the back half of the upper holes when flushed. Water flow is good to the toilet, the screen is open on the valve. I'm at a loss. Does anyone have any suggestions. Thanks.

Look on the instructions and it will tell you how to adjust the water level. I think you need to hold down the two buttons at the same time until the water gets to the level you want, then release. Don't keep the level too high during travel.

You likely have a calcium buildup in the front holes, need to rod them out with a small piece of wire.

I checked the setup for the toilet and there is nothing listed for increasing the water level in the bowl. My model is the 8819 Dometic with 3 pushbuttons. Normal, low and empty. Thanks.
