Dometic RM 1350 4 door refrigerator

New to this MH and fridge. It seems noisy to me. Fan runs every few minutes, for a few minute and is fairly audible. I could never hear my old Norcold 2 door. Is this normal?

Indeed it is perfectly normal. Your older 2 door most likely did not have any fans at all.

Is it in a slide out? And fan is needed for ventilation?

The 36LAs did not have the refrig in the slide. The 1350 Dometic being a large 4-door refrig has dual fans mounted on the back just above the absorber.
