Dometic Royale

Older Dometic Royale Fridge RM3862. Works great on shore power but doesn't stay cold enough on LP. Worked better after I cleaned it but I'm looking to replace the entire gas valve burner but I'm having a hard time find a replacement. The book I have says it's a #58 jet and the ones I've found are either smaller or bigger. Anyone more familiar with these?

Dometic 3850730569 ......burner assembly
Out of Stock....and probably NLA (no longer available)

Have you tried Cleaning up the orifice, burner etc
Soak orifice in alcohol then air dry (no poking or High Air Pressure)
Burner Tube, small bottle brush
Thermocouple....emery cloth to remove any soot/carbon

Along with flue and flue baffle
12 ga shotgun swab and wire brush

Also....Main LP Regulator
Have you ever had LP System Pressure measured?
How old is the Main LP Reg?

Low LP System Pressure will cause lack of cooling....low heat input

No, I haven't. The rig is an 01 so I assume its original. The flame did get better after I half assed cleaned it. So I soaked the jet over night, and I'm going to clean the flue and give it another try today

A New Main LP Reg would be reasonable just due to age.

You do not need to replace the burner assembly.

After following the procedures posted here for cleaning the filter and jet, let us know if this solves the issue?:

Gas Pressure, LP Filter, Burner Jet/Orifice.
