Not sure how well it seals though. Maybe high temp silicone?

Im wondering if your right about using high temp silicone, There is plastic around the area, so 500 temp might work. I think I have some copper gasket maker in my shop

I am so happy you found the combustion leak, and mud dauber. I am surprised that Dometic said they don't sell the gasket, but the way everyone want's to do business anymore I shouldn't be. The older models had a burner service kit that had the gasket as part of the kit. You may want to check and see if you can find a burner service kit to see if it contains the gasket.

I have used Ultra copper and ultra Orange on a lot of exhaust manifold installations and never had one burn through, so worst case scenario it is a highly possible substitute, just make sure your mating surfaces match as well as you can get them so you can use the minimum amount of silicone possible.
The chamber gasket for mine is also discontinued, and I ordered an aftermarket one from pdxrvwholesale.com.

I contacted Dometic, I asked about what to do for a gasket. The nice lady said that they dont have a gasket for it. Said it was done at the factory and they dont offer a service kit with the gasket. She couldn't advise me on a fix. I had some permatex high temp (750). I used a light bead. I did fix the mating flange so it was straight. I put it all back together and left it on my work bench so it could cure for 24hrs before I test it. I will reinstall it tomorrow and test it Sunday.

I can't believe that the nest was so far up in the chamber.
