Dometic toilet macerator blade may be broken

Our macerator toilet is making a louder grinding sound than normal so I thing a blade may be broken. I don't think anything could have fallen in the toilet to cause the sound. It's still working just loud. Can this continue to work for a long time as is or will I need to replace the motor soon?

Toilet paper has caused trouble with macerator blades. May wish to try without T paper.

NO...do not continue to operator it ----that will just cause MORE damage

Clean the inlet to pump/clear the pump
***Turn Power OFF/Turn Water Supply OFF
Glove up and reach down into inlet and removed the 'item'
