Duo Therm 5 button thermostat blank display

Tonight when we pulled in to our spot, I went to turn on our furnace at the Duo Therm Comfort Center 5 button thermostat and now the digital display is totally blank. Regardless of what switch (button) I push, no light and no function operates. I took the panel off the wall and disconnected the RJ-8 cable and reconnected hoping it was a dirty connection. I tried the "reset" function described in the manual to no avail.

I checked our motorhome ('02 Airstream) wiring diagrams and find that the 12v fuse that powers the furnace also powers the bathroom lights which are working, so the fuse is not the problem.

However, in the Duo-Therm reference docs found online, looks like there is a 3 amp fuse in the heat pump / AC unit on the roof. Would this fuse cause the thermostat display to be blank?

I believe the heat pomp provides the power to the Duo-therm display. I don't like giving "I believe" advice but no one else has answered. Hope you have another source of heat...

Adam, Thank you for your input. I'm afraid you are correct based on what I've seen so far on the wiring diagrams that I've found online. I hate the thought of getting up on the roof and digging into that, especially as we are on a short road trip down to Tombstone, AZ (where it's colder). There's an RV sales/service dealer up the road, maybe I'll take the car up there this am (with the thermostat) and see if they can help me figure this out.
Thanks again

May not need to get on top. The fuse may be on the circuit board under the air return.

Don't know if you have a fix but did you look close at circuit board and make sure it was clean and not corroded from one circuit to another on back of thermostat.
