Duotherm 630035-321 Heat Pump

The blower runs for a few minutes then turns off. It does this even in fan-only mode. All air passages and fins are clear. Motor seems a bit hot to the touch, but maybe normal? is there a thermal cutoff?

Questions:

Does this sound like a motor problem or a control problem?

Is there a run capacitor?

Is there a relay board somewhere?

I have the 2-zone thermostat. Where is the control board?

My preferred test procedure would be to turn the blower on by bypassing the control board/thermostat and see if it runs OK, eliminating that as a factor..is this possible?- How?

I'd like to see the wiring diagram, but it's worn off the cover plate.

Tribal knowledge and wisdom sought.
