Electrical issue

I have an 03 winny brave. My outlets and microwave are not working. I have lights. I was on shore power when they quit. I am not now. Even with the generator neither will work. This happened when I had a small heater plugged in while on shore power. After an hour or so it just quit. The shore power is 30 amp, plugged into surge protector plugged into a 110 adapter. The power and breakers in the house are good but my surge protector won't come on. This is the troubleshooting I have done: gfi in house reset, receptacle and microwave breakers turned on and off. I am a woman solo without alot of electrical experience. Looking for guidance please.

Try without surge protector.

If you have an inverter/charger, They hide breakers on them. It will be in a compartment underneath.

Thank you. There was a breaker tripped in the house that I overlooked.
