EMS control board fried in circuit breaker panel

Hi everyone, I'm in need of help on this subject, can someone tell me how to bypass the a/c circuit on this particular board if possible, model 800 part #00-00894-300 this is the 120 volt side going into the relays, last night one of the relay got fried and smelled up the RV, after removing the main panel you can see where it burst with smolder on the back side of the panel, it appear this is a two part operating procedure the upper half seam to be working because there is a OK beside a green illuminated light or should both section be replaced? I'm here Lewisville Tx and the temperature is rising, this is a 50 amp intellitec system. the two part section is inside just above all the breakers. Need Help Thanks
