Has anyone had experience with their jack systems. It seems as though my controller is not working correctly

We need to know what kind of problem you are having. It may only need to have the "null", "zero point" or "auto memory" reset. This procedure is in the owner manual. If you don't have a manual.

Thanks for your response. My probleM after five and a half years of running this unit is one jack will not extend. I have the owners manual that came with it what shows one color for the one Jack solenoid , and the little Eequalizer manual that came in the owners pack it shows a different color for the left rear solrnoid. I checked the Twelve volts coming to each so know it and I found I didn't have any 12 volt to either solenoid, as my wife was operating the control panel.

We are out on a three day trip right noW, but when I get home I'm going to run 12 volts to each solenoid while my wife touches the touchpad.. Then I'll see whaT happens.
