EVERCHILL 12V Refrigerator too cold

I have an EverChill 12V refrigerator/freezer model WD-282fwdc. The refrigerator is too cold and freezes everything. Temp today was at 22 degrees at lowest setting. I don't think the freezer fan is shutting off.

This problem is not listed on the trouble shooting guides. This is in a 2018 KZ connect travel trailer that we just bought. Pop cans froze and exploded during the night.

Is this something that someone may be able to help me with?

What's the temperature on the highest setting?

Turn the dial higher?

Higher number temp setting.....colder temp

Freezer fan discharge (wind tunnel knob) has Cold to Coldest Settings

Freezer fan should cycle,,,,,,,not run continuously
That would suggest bad temp sensor in food compartment


There is VERY Little information about the Everchill 12VDC fridge
