Depends on Model of Fridge

Most come from the 16 pin connector
Different Pins for + and -

With that S/N the Fans get DC from the Flapper Heater terminals to the right of the 16 pin connector

DC + comes from Flp/DC Heat terminal....goes to t-stat on condenser fin
DC - goes to DC HT Gnd terminal...comes from fans

See pg 55 Item 28 t-stat and item 18 fans

Thank you Old-Biscuit, but my board does not have a 16pin connector. It has a 10 pin on the bottom of the board and 6 in the top left hand corner. to the left of the 10 pin is a red & blue wire then 2 yellows and then 2 black wires.

Sorry, I should have paid more attention to the board number (628661)

To the far right is the 12VDC + and DC Gnd terminals

You will need TWO 'Y' spade connectors
One for the DC+ terminal
One for the GND terminal

Then connect the 12VDC + and a Power wire for fans with a 1A in-line fuse
Connect DC - and gnd wire from fans to GND terminal

Sorry to be such a PITA, but therein lies the problem I don't know which wires are the fan wires. I can't find anything that gives me a color code for the wiring diagram. I'm assuming the fan wires are already hooked up, But I was checking to see if + and - were reversed since the fans don't come on.I was hoping this was the problem before I had to remove the refer to check the thermostatic switch and fans. As an aside it has the norcold recall box installed . Don't know if this makes a difference or not. Old-Biscuit you truly the Guru go to guy in these matters. Thanks for all the help so far.

Do you have 2 Wires coming off each terminal -------far right side of the board?

Fan wiring:
Should be RED wire coming off 12VDC terminal with an In-line 1A fuse going up to T-stat on Condenser Fin
RED wire coming from T-stat back down to Fans (split double wire)
Then Black wire coming from Fans down to GND terminal on board

Recall
Wires from Recall Box go to Limit In/Limit Out terminals (left of 10 pin connector) Red/Blue wires

Yellow and Black Wires are for the AC Heater Elements

Can you post a picture of the board ?

Old-Biscuit. I have a green wire going to the ground terminal and a red wire going to the positive I have what I believe to be the fan wires (black & red) going to the ten pin connector. Looking from right to left, the black wire is in # 3 and the Red wire in #5

I can NOT find the wiring schematic for the 628661 board any more

Red would be DC+
Black would be DC-

Use voltmeter and check for DC between those 2 pins

If you have Voltage then t-stat is most likely the issue.....not closing

Looking forward to the 'mystery' being solved

The 628661 board was used for Decades in Numerous Models but info is lacking anymore. Used to be available.
It was a versatile board allowing for various wiring configurations but was replaced by newer versions

Dinosaur Electronics doesn't even make a replacement

Up date on norcold fan wires

Well I found the wires that control the fan. Black wire 3 pins from the right on 10 pin connector, and the red wire on the 5th pin from the right on the 268661 control board. The good news is I have 12 V from these 2. Bad news is I guess I'm going to have to pull the fridge in order to check fans and the switch. Anybody got an idea on about how long that should take. Out and in
