Freezer only reaching - 8 to - 10c, fridge 6 to 4

Wondering if there's much else I can do to my fridge to get it a little cooler. I took apart the access panel and cleaned the burner area, nice blue flame. Up top I noticed a kink in the cooling line (pic attached) but that almost looks factory. Abiment temp out is low thirties and the camper is parked out on full sun most the day. First big trip with the camper so haven't really had a chance to compare the fridge temp at home in cold weather. I've tried it over propane and 110v and it stays around the same. Am I hitting normal temp for my outside temp in full sun? I plan to get fans to stick on both grates(proably the Titan ones) Click image for larger version

Parking so that it is on the shady side of the coach should help. Or put out an awning if it is on the awning side.

That 'kink' is factory....part of the water separator section

-8/-10*C in freeze (17.6/14*F)
That is NOT cold enough ---S/B 10*F or lower (-12*C)

4/6*C in food compartment (39.2/42.8*F) is just barely cold enough for safe food storage

What Brand/Model is fridge?
Looks like it is in a Slideout?
Airflow/Draft is Critical to removal of heat
Proper clearances are critical to airflow/draft
*0" side walls, 1" backside and no dead air spaces at top of fridge

Fan(s) ALWAYS improve airflow and removal of heat
Fan(s) PULL better then Push so fans should be install at top area

Flame nice and blue/reaching just up inside the bottom opening of flue is good
AC performs same as LP

Then Clearances/baffles/airflow is probably the issue
Check that insulation hasn't fallen blocking draft

It's a domestic 2652. Correct it is in a slide. We have the awning up all day but it's parked in the Inlaws backyard at there summer home and it can only fit one way. All they had was a step ladder so I couldn't get all the way in there. At the top. Here a picture of what I could see, looks like a bit of insulation is maybe on top of the chimney. The walls all seem like therea nothing dangling off of them. My unit does have the optional fan installed in the middle of the coils. Click image for larger version

So if there should be little to no space on sides and top should I be throwing some insulation foam in there?

In our Norcold 8100 frig I use three 3" computer fans located at the top and another three fans at the bottom access panel. Never have any issue keeping the freezer at 0F or lower and frig compartment between 33 and 36F. The trick has been to keep lettuce from freezing.

When possible I try to provide shade on that side of the RV. It is our awning side. But you can't or should not go off and leave the awning extended so it gets full sun much of the time.

Your refrigerator definitely looks to be in a slide out. Refrigerators in slide out almost always have problems cooling. Baffles are required by the manufacture during installation. Also fans may need to be added to increase air flow.

On your set up, I do see the normal baffle at the condensor bottom directing the air flow to the fins. On some RVs, with cooling issues, a more aggressive baffle can be added to more direct air through the fins. You can make one yourself, or order one like this below.
https://rvcoolingunit.com/Dometic-ad...-P2420508.aspx

Some owners have added single or multiple fans, even wiring in adjustable snap disks to automatically switch the fans in and off as needed. We added four fans to our RV, to help cooling on the 100+ degree days we travel in.

That 2nd picture appears to be looking straight down showing top of flue and insulation/shielding around boiler section
That is Normal/Factory

One Fan center line mid level......is OK but NOT enough to be a real improvement
Is it Running??? S/B in those hot temps
T-stat on Condenser FIN controls fan operation
T-stat is mounted on far right fin and measures FIN temp
130*F FIN temp T-stat closes/fan runs
115*F FIN temp T-stat opens/fan stops

You need more fans....like in D Gardiner post above

The chimney is getting hot and so are all the pipes. I agree I need more fans, just hard to get well out in the camper. Will proably order some up to have for when I was home, I'm just hoping to so as much trouble shooting well were using it as possible.

Basically want to just make sure it's running normalish that I don't need to start sourcing out a new fridge as we've had alot of expensive fixes this summer.

When it's light out in the morning will snag some more pictures of the back to see if there's any improvement I can do with materials from a normal hardware store

Your fridge is properly functioning....but the high ambient temps are taxing the fridge ability to cool

FANS will be big improvement in overall fridge temps
Current fridge temps are within specs....barely

OEM Fridge fans are junk.

Buy couple of 12VDC Computer fans
Higher quality, lower amp draw and move air better
