Fresh water pump not working

After winterizing my motor home last fall, my water pump runs but does not pump water it appears to have an air lock and doesn't seem to syphon the water to prime it.
Any idea's on how to get a prime on this pump?
2002 Itasca 39" DP
Thanks in advance

Glad you got it figured out. That still happens to me now and then. I have a habit of switching the valve to "fill"before I disconnect the water hookup to relieve the pressure to keep it from spraying.....then forgetting to switch it back.
