Fresh water tank very low/ water pump won't turn off

I made the mistake of running my fresh water tank too low now the water pump wont cycle off. I did fill the tank but still the pump wont shut off, any ideas? I did switch it off so as not to burn out the motor.

And, this is a Shure Flow pump in a 2003 Dutch Star MH, just had difficult to replace these water pumps?

Are you sure that you have the valve configuration set correctly. It almost sounds like the valves are not in the correct order, not allowing the pump to build pressure and shut off. Does the water barely trickle out of the taps. This is a sign the valves are incorrect.

With sufficient water in fresh water tank turn pump ON and open closest faucet Cold side so air can be expelled.
Then when water flows close faucet and pump should shut down when pressure builds up (might have to expel air in lines via other faucets)

Make certain that your fresh water FILL VALVE,
Is OFF.
And Old Biscut is correct.

After the valve is closed to the city water fill source.

It can take some time and effort to get the air out of your system and prime your pump again.

As Old Biscuit said, start at the closest cold water faucet to the pump and when all the air is expelled at that one, go the next farthest one, do the same, till you do them all, don't forget the outside shower one too! Toilet too! Rail!

I would suspect that you are not getting water to the pump.
