Fridge issue

Dometic New Deminsions fridge only working on one side. Freezer working fine but fridge side has an issue that is baffling. Anyone seen this before or have any suggestions? Thanks much!

Dometic New Dimensions....NDR1292 ??

In dire need of full defrost.

Then food compartment door seals on 'inner edge' of door (side by the freezer door) is not closing and allowing warm air to be drawn in across the FINs

This also applies to the Damnetic 1492 models...

Since only half evaporator is iced up, very possible you have a small system leak and not operating properly. After defrosting refrigerator section is not cooling properly it's possibly time for replacement.

FINS just transfer cold from evap section...no coolant thru the Fins

Leak...cooling unit is under 300+ psi.......leak/no cooling

Yes I know how it works. If the transfer plate is not frosting evenly the unit is not operating correctly. Be it the heat source, flame or electric unit is not operating correctly. Could also be insufficient cooling across the exterior heat exchanger. Freezer working and refrigerator section not is a classic sign it is not operating correctly. If was just a door seal leaking all the fins would be frosted if the system was operating correctly.
