Furrion Fridge 120v w/ wine cooler

Hey there, hoping some of you have this fridge and can clear up a few things for me.
All my previous campers had an LP/AC fridge. This new one is a Furrion and it's 120v only. The camper came equipped w/ a solar panel and an inverter so the batteries can remain charged and the 12v is converted to 120v to manage the fridge. But I have a few questions/concerns.

1. If I'm NOT plugged into shore power and it's night time... the fridge is keeping cold by using the 12v batts only right? I guess the batts would run down overnight and then just recharge the next day with the sun?

2. Does anyone have the model w/ the wine cooler on the left door? We use it for drinks and stuff, not just wine. Anyone know if there's a way to get that wine cooler side cold like the main fridge section on the left?

3. Finally, why would Furrion make so much freezer space? I wish I could dial the freezer temp down on the two lower doors. That would allow us to use the freezer compartments like a fridge which is mostly what we need. Anyone figure out how to adjust the freezer temp down? Just curious.
