Furrion Gas Oven and Microwave/Convection Oven

So far we haven't been too thrilled with the performance of the Furrion gas oven or the Microwave/Convection Oven as they seem to take a very long time to reach the set temperature. We're thinking of purchasing the Breville Smart Oven Air which I believe is 1800 watts. Should there be any concerns about running something such as this in the RV? From an electrical circuit point of view.

Never mind. We purchased the Breville Smart Oven. It's going to work out very well

Breville Smart Oven review?

Now that you've used the Breville Smart Oven for awhile, please share your experience. Pros and cons? Does it brown well? Is it the counter top oven?
