Soooo, got hold of my generator guy and we pulled the front panel and the control panel and we found that the little 14amp fuse was blown and he had to go to 3 parts houses to get them as it is the short Buss fuse. Put it in and the problem still existed, so he started testing all the gennie circuits and found that the alternator wasn't putting out enough power to keep the system running. Good luck on finding a new one and finding someone to rewind the old one. Fast forward a week and since we're taking a trip and won't need the gennie, I reattached the control panel and fastened the front cover back on. Just for the heck of it I hit the preheat button for a couple of seconds and then hit the starter button AND VOILA ,she started right up and kept running. I let he run for about 10 minutes, turned her off,let her sit for a few minutes and started her up again and this time let her run for over an hour while I exercised the ACs.
Heading back over now to load some stuff for the trip and will start her up again.
We think the fault may be in the control panel or board.
