Generator. Intellisense monitor problems

New Used Winnebago owner needing help.
Recently purchased a used rv that is having some electrical problems. Looking for some help to troubleshoot/resolve.

2012 Winnebago Via 25T

1. Generator. Onan diesel won’t start. Turn it on pushing red button. Goes thru normal displays and can hear the fuel pump priming. Hold the start button and nothing. Not even a click. Reportedly started a couple times the day prior to picking up the unit.
2. Intellisense monitor. Shows nothing. It worked during our walk thru of the rv. But now nothing and unable to turn on the water pump.

Coach batteries have a 2023 date so appear fairly new and are close to 13V but haven’t been load tested. Checked the breakers and fuses - all good. Research references another fuse panel but haven’t found it yet. Tried testing with engine running and shore power plugged in.

Any ideas/suggestions would be appreciated. I am fairly mechanical and prefer to try to fix problems before dropping a bunch of money at a repair facility.

Thanks for your help in advance!

You don't mention outside temp...but if cold out hold start button until starts. May take 30 seconds or so if really cold. Glow plugs in circuit have to warm up first before starter engages.

Hope it's that simple for you. Welcome to the forums!!
