Generator on, Refrigerator on! Generator off, Refrigerator off!!!!!
This is a new one for me!!!
I've had the generator on - A/C on - while traveling due to the heat in mid-state AZ. Now that we're parked in Show Low, I turned it off. And, so went the refrigerator!!!
This is a residential refrigerator.
I checked - off and on - the "Salesman's Switch." No change.
I checked my circuit braker-box for any brakers off. All on. Just for grins, I clicked them off and back on. No change in the refrigerator.
Searched for any fuses that might be listed as "Refrigerator." Couldn't find any.
I'm stumped!!!!
Any knowledgeable/experienced suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you make sure your inverter is on? Or the breaker on the inverter tripped.
Have you plugged into shore power to see if it turns on?

I'm dry camping next to a neighbor who has power at his site. So I plugged into their 20AMP so at least the refrigerator is on and I've stopped pissing them off!!
Just checked my Inverter. It's light is flashing - slowly as normal - on and off. Turned it off then on. But I've noticed that it will NOT stay turned off. Within 10ish seconds, its light will again begin to flash on and off. Guess that must be it's "reset" button rather than On-Off button.
But at least now the refrigerator is working!!!!!

Still need to check the breakers on it.
If it has an output breaker, it will charge but not let power out of it.

"Breaker" Is on. But... obviously, the breaker could be going bad.
This I don't understand "If it has an output breaker, it will charge but not let power out of it." What is an "output breaker" as opposed to simply a "breaker?"

I've a refrigerator tech coming to day or tomorrow. This doesn't appear to be an inexpensive fix!!!!

Check the outlet the residential refrigerator is plugged into for power-- either with a voltmeter or any other 120 VAC device such as hair dryer.
That will tell you if you have an electrical issue in the coach OR if the refrigerator has an issue.

Well... Service tech just left. It's the compressor. The "starter" continues to come on attempting to start the compressor but the compressor will not start.
Looks like I'm going refrigerator shopping!!!!
So, while I'm shopping, does anyone out there - living in the Temecula, CA area - know of a refrigerator service co. that will pull the old one out and install a new one?
While I'm in Show low, AZ now, not sure if I should head home and get this done immediately or eat what I can till it goes bad, throw the rest away and continue on my trip for the rest of August.

You might try Joe at 909-656-2016. Tell him the guy with a motorhome in San Clemente referred you to him.

Depending on the model of the refrigerator I would put a new start relay in regardless of what the tech says unless he did that. I have a Maytag reefer which uses https://www.amazon.com/Whirlpool-W10.../dp/B0156NFV6S and carry a spare since they go bad more frequently than compressors. It is a cheap way to make sure.
Compressor failures are rare, misdiagnosing is common.
