Generator won't start

Problem with Onan 4.0 KY-FA. Won't do anything, not even click. Changed start solenoid and control board. Found that I have 12 volts leaving fuse but not getting to P1 plug on control board. Wires leave start panel and fuse and go somewhere on top of generator behind carb. Can't see whats back there without pulling carb. Anybody know what's there. Been working with this drawing.

Will not crank w/ REMOTE or Onboard START switch? Crawl Under and look up? Cardboard to lay on helps Mirror/ flashlight/ cell camera? CHECK 12VDC CIRCUIT BREAKERS NEXT TO BATTERY? Largest (100a+/-?) probably battery cable to GEN starter? Rodent wire damage/ nests under sheet metal? Good Luck, Let us know?

What happens when you jumper solenoid? Even if REMOTE wiring damage, onboard START switch should work?

The RED Line is simply (local or remote switch) sending 12vdc back to COIL on starter solenoid, which you can simulate w/ jumper, pliers, screwdriver at soenoid itself. Good Luck.
