Girard Awning Replacement Parts Source

Took our 2015 Entegra Cornerstone out for the first time this past weekend at Bald Mountain in Vermont. Great time, but learned the hard way not to keep the awnings deployed when not onsite. While walking back from breakfast, we saw the wind pick up and flip the awning back, breaking one of the articulating support arms. Thanks to a few of our good neighbors, they were able to retract the awing without tearing the material, and tie wrapped it closed.

Now, to get to the point, I am trying to find a replacement for the arm that broke. I believe I have the correct part number from Girard Nova 2 manual I found online, but have had no luck finding where to purchase one. Was hoping someone can recommend a good source for these types of parts.

Did you call Girard. they're pretty helpful. They have a manufacturing plant and repair facility in California.
