Grey tank leaks

Hi. My grey tank has a crack in the ribs at the bottom. I used Eternabond tape on it but it is just dripping out the ends of the taped area. Since its not a flat surface, eternabond is hard to press into place. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Since you can see the crack, you might consider having it plastic welded. It requires you determine the material from which it is made, so the proper plastic "welding rod" may be used. It uses a hot air gun, or a melting tip to melt the plastic filler rod into the melting plastic tank material. When cooled it is one solid piece again.
It requires completely cleaning out the tank and drying out any moisture first. If you are a handy DIY person you can buy a plastic welding kit at most any hardware store; othewise all auto-body shops have one, you just need to convince them the tank is clean inside and dry.
How to weld plastic
There are epoxys to repair plastic, however they are for hard plastic that does not flex after being repaired.

You might try some of that Flex-Seal tape advertised on TV. If the ads are even 25% honest it should work pretty well.
