Heat pump fan will not shut off

I have a roof mounted Dometic (Penguin) model 630035.321 on my 2005 Safari Cheetah. When I have a trip coming up I do a quick check to make sure everything is working. When I checked yesterday both units are cooling but when the rear unit reaches temperature and the compressor stops the fan continues to run. I have the 5 button thermostat. When I tried to turn the rear unit off with the thermostat the fan continues to run. When I turn the thermostat off it still runs. The only way to stop it is to turn the breaker off. I need help getting on the right path to troubleshooting my problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thermostat is just a switch
When closed it connects DC voltage to A/C Unit controller (Compressor/fan/heat pump), Fan controls (hi/lo speeds) and Furnace controls

Fan continuing to run ......
With T-stat OFF and AC CB Opened...fan stops
BUT when you close the AC CB does fan start back up
OR
only runs/stays running when triggered by t-stat??

Bad T-stat or A/C Control Module
Suspect T-stat

Thanks for the reply. I apologize for the late response but I had some unexpected problems I had to take care of. The fan continues to run regardless of the settings on the thermostat including turning the thermostat off. All the modes work. The only way to stop the fan is to turn the rear ac breaker off. The front (Zone 1) works fine.
