Help needed finding washers for plumbing fittings

I need to know where I can find some of these washers for the Water Distribution Manifold in my Motor Home. Local Ace Hardware could not help, only said they could sell me a complete fitting and I could remove the washer and re-install them on my fittings. I just need the washers. Thanks, Ed

Do you have a Grainger, Fastenall, or dedicate plumbing supply you could go into? One of those should be able to help you.

Kind of looks like a Pex Cone Washer.

You may have to remove it and measure it.

Lowes and Home Depot has carried Pex Cone Washers. Maybe a universal Cone Washer would work also.

Do you know what brand of manifold block is installed in your coach?

The cone washers are all to tall and would have to be cut off. The nearest Home Depot/Lowes is over 25 miles away and heavy tourist traffic this time of year can take over 30 minutes to cross town to get on the highway to the town they are located in. There are no Plumbing Supply houses unless you want to drive over 50 miles. I was hoping someone in the plumbing trades had ran across these before and could tell me what the name was so I could do a search. If I knew what they were, I would order from McMaster-Carr or Granger. The manufacturer of the manifold want out of business years ago, just like the other manufactures Gulf Stream used, besides, this fitting is used on my faucets and water heater also so I don't think it is a specific product for the manifold. I guess if nothing else, I can break out the silicone caulk and smear it on the washers.

I see the issue there. Maybe a 'Bevel Rubber Washer' would work. It might not have all the ridges yours appears to have but that might not matter.

Do you know the name of the manufacturer of the obsolete water manifold you have? Could see if someone bought them. Might be able to source that way.

The water manifold is a "Vanguard Manabloc Water Manfold". The only thing I could find is that they had gone out of business after Gulf Stream had used them for years. I am guessing the recession was the cause of many of my system manufacturers had failed.

I used an O-ring on the exact same fitting.
Worked like a charm.

Coincidence, I just ordered an O-ring kit for another project, I will have to see what will work. I ordered it for the Dash A/C unit as I have a couple of leaking fittings on the compressor.

I had a Manabloc on my Harney Coach Renegade. I had to replace 3-5 valves every year. Got tired of doing that and replaced with copper pipe and ball valves. Never had any more problems for 4 more years. I would take a picture, but I sold it in 2008.

So far this is the only problem I have had with it. Of course I have not cycled the valves except for the leaking fitting last week while on the road. Valve is very stiff, I should try and disassemble them and use DC-111 on the seals
