Help with furnace wiring

I bought an '09 Forest River-Flagstaff camper trailer to convert into classrooms. The rooftop A/C did not work, but the furnace did. While gutting the camper, some of the A/C wiring in the ceiling was cut and/or removed. Now I am trying to get the furnace running, but in tracing the wiring to the furnace, I find that it went through the A/C first, and then to the furnace. And so, in the A/C ceiling compartment, I have the thermostat wires, a green/white pair, and an orange/white pair. I have 12V on the green/white pair. How can I restore the wiring so I can get the furnace working? Which wire is connected to which?
