High volts AC fault on Magnum control board display

My Coach is parked in storage, plugged in to 50amp with AC on but set to a high setting (88F) for some dehumidification. Lately, I’ll check the Coach and find a red fault light on with the display “High Volts AC”. I’ll then through the main 50amp breaker off and then reset it. The fault cancels and all is back to normal for a while. How do I troubleshoot this? What could be causing the fault?

Could be high voltage from the shore power.

You would need a voltage monitor and recorder to see whats going on while your not there.

If it is from shore power, and I suspect it is, what is the fix?

Use a different storage location.
