Hot water circuit noise

I purchased a new TT 2 years ago.
Anytime water was run through the hot water circuit (Suburban SW 10DELC) it would make a squealing noise. The sound intensified over the time we have owned it. Finally got to be annoying enough that I decided to track it down. I was told there might be a one way/check valve on the outlet side of the hot water circuit, if there is one, never located it. Ran the water and found one of the T's saw vibrating. Disassembled it and found a sliver of plastic hose material wedged in the inlet side of the T. Removed piece of crap and reassembled. Issue resolved.
Sadly enough, this is not the only issue we've dealt with since purchase. Other issues being more important, we kind of let this slip till after warranty ran out. I have read that owners of new RV's are having multiple issues to deal with like we have. This is just another example of poor QC/workmanship. Disappointing.

Yep! Things have not changed much in the 20 years I have been involved. We are still working through warranty issues on our new 2025 Airstream Trade Wind.
