How is the tank-less working for you? Or are you saying the lack of hot water at the sinks is a problem you wish to remedy?

Most tank-less heaters turn the heat "off" until enough water flow switches it back "on". The sinks may not have enough flow to trigger the switch. To test this, try turning two sinks on at the same time to see if it triggers the burner flow switch.

Check manuals for heater to see if it is adjustable. Check faucets to see if you can increase flow rates.
