how do I bypass recall kit for amish conversion?

Looking up online I found my type of control board on the arp website. It's labeled there as a norcold 1210 style control board.
It has power from the rv going to the main control panel that is covered with the black plastic. There are two visible connectors, 12v and gnd on the lower right hand corner of the panel. these were connected to the rv power.
The recall kit has a green ground going to ground. a brown wire going to the ac heaters and then a red and blue wire going under the plastic cover on the main control board. So the switch is controled on the main board and does not use the rv 12v feed directly into the recall switch.
Since the amish unit does not need the recall kit, what do I do to bypass the red and blue wires going from the control board to the recall switch... do I jumper them out?

Why do you want to bypass it? Is it causing a problem?

I was told to eliminate the switch as it's not needed with the amish norcold conversions.
The pc board has the labels limit in and limit out where the red and blue wires are connected.

I got rid of the recall box and use the ARP controller with my Amish unit.

x2 on the ARP. got mine when the recall box failed. I am in the process of replacing the recall box, however (PITA, involves several trips to a Norcold authorized dealer). The box is a good backup to the ARP, shuts the refer off when the boiler gets to about 800 degrees F. Unless it is malfunctioning, I would leave it connected. Besides an additional measure of safety, if you ever did have a fire, getting rid of the box might help the refer manufacturer escape liability for your burned out coach.

but to answer your question - jumping the red and blue wires (+12v in and +12V out) allows the unit to run without the recall box.

Before the ARP, I carried a short length of #16 wire with a male spade connector on each end to avoid a 'fridge full of spoiled food.

I have never heard of Norcold providing a new RV to someone who suffered a total loss due to a fridge fire.
