How do I run wires into slideout
I want to change my tv location from the head banger to a cabinet in my slideout. I will remove the existing jacknife couch and build a cabinet with a powered tv lift. Does anyone have tips for running the necessary wires. I will need an electrical outlet, coax and HDMI cables. I plan to try and follow the existing wiring path unless there is a better way.

Following the existing wiring is probably the best .
Are your slide's 120 outlets on the inverter ?
I question the need to run an HDMI ?
Does your year of coach use an HDMI hub ?

There are no 120v outlets in the area where the couch is so I will need to fish a wire from one of the kitchen outlets.
I will want to bring in 2 coax cables, one from the rear electrical compartment for cable/satellite feed and one from the front OAT antenna. The new cabinet will have an HDMI 4X4 hub and there will be cables running from it to the rear tv and to the outside tv.

Much easier to work in the basement for 120 volt power and the coax from the power cord compartment .
Fishing wiring through the wall is not an easy undertaking.
Bringing the antenna coax down by connecting to the existing park cable in the AV cabinet and then back through the basement with a new park cable coax to the slide would be the easiest .
HDMI hub and distribution will be the hard part.

In the process of doing that myself
Put in TV lift and an electric fireplace
Ran dedicated 20 amp circuit for fireplace from electrical panel to just behind driver in the slide
Hardest part was finding where I could drill to feed the flexible 12-3 w ground was able to get it up to slide utilizing existing cable tray that other wiring was feeding Into up into slide then put in a Junction box and ran 12-3 w ground Armour clad wire under cabinets from one end of the slide to my new cabinet
Was lucky and had an outlet where new cabinet was and it's on inverter so can run TV and lift when not on shore power...don't need to run fireplace
My next move is to route antenna and HDMI from over head banger location down to other end of slide and install new cable track and route into slide

Did the 12-3 that you ran along the existing cable tray go into the center of the outside wall and the come to the inside?
Are you planning to install a new hinged cable track under the slide?
I would really appreciate any pictures if you have them.
