Hughes Power Watchdog Hardwire with E6/E7 Error Codes

I recently purchased and installed a hardwired 50A Power Watchdog with EPO from Hughes into my Imagine 2910BH.

Upon testing, I'm sporadically receiving an E6 error code:

Line Two Neutral Reversed...

Your Power Watchdog has noticed a very serious condition. The park power has a wired reversed somewhere. This could cause severe damage to your appliances. See park management and tell them they have a neutral and hot wire reversed.

I will also sometimes get an E7:

Missing Ground

Your Power Watchdog has found condition the can be very serious. You have lost your ground connection.

For my testing, I'm at home, so I'm running a 50-15 dogbone to my 120v house outlet.

About 70% of the time when I plug in, it works no problem, but 30% of the time it will analyze, then throw the E6 error.

I've tested the outlet from the house using a standard outlet tester, it reads fine. I've tested the female side of the 15 to 50 dogbone and confirmed Neutral to Ground reads zero (with voltmeter), I'm also getting 120v from L1 to Ground and L2 to Ground.

I've reconfirmed that my wiring into the power watchdog matched what was previously going into the breaker box and then the output simply goes back into the breaker box as before.

I've reconfirmed solid connections into and out of the Power Watchdog.

I've even been able to trigger the E6 error by flipping on/off breakers on the RV side. When I initially spoke to Hughes, they indicated that E6 was an upstream error, but this test sure doesn't prove that.

Has any encountered this?

It's a brutal problem because of it being hardwired. I can't simply decide not to use it when we go camping this weekend. So far, once I've got it working, I've not had it throw the E6 without fiddling with stuff, so hopefully I can be somewhat stable until I figure this out.

Thanks in advance!
