HVAC Issue - Coleman Mach 10

Hello. Am having an HVAC issue with one of my Coleman Mach 10s in my 2019 Thor Aria. Hoping one our HVAC folks in the group can help.

Here is a link to a video that shows the issue. Bottom line, the fan turns on, but the compressor tries and fails to turn on. Note the sound when the compressor tries to turn on. Sounds sorta like an eletrical issue.

My other Mach 10 is working fine.

Any ideas? Thank you!

Couldn't open your link. Try using your Air Conditioner with your generator running. If it works, it might be a problem with the 30A hook up at the park.

Link does not work. If motor buzzes but does not turn it could be a bad capacitor.

Tried with generator as well as am at a new campsite with 50 amp. No luck. Same behavior.

Shut everything down, unplug everything, and start checking connections. Screw on the circuit breaker to make sure the wire is fully inserted and the screw is TIGHT, at the A/C I don't know how it is connected, probably in a terminal block so again, make sure the wire is fully in the terminal and it is tight.

Being a 2019 you should have warranty, and anything else is probably a poor connection, bad start capacitor, or something else in the unit.
