HWH Air Leveling...Won't go into travel mode...

We have a 2002 Monoco Windsor with the HWH Air Leveling system(no jacks).
It levels fine however, we cannot get into travel mode. We've checked the 3 wire plug and found 2 of the wires had
current. The middle wire (ignition wire per HWH) no current. Also checked the fuse on the control panel. Would anyone know of anything else we could check. Or of anyone in the Austin area that may have knowledge of this system.

Try this sequence.
1. Turn on the HWH levelers.
2. Dump the air until the suspension is all the way down. Make sure you won't damage your steps or rear mud flap or lower onto some obstruction.
3. Turn off the HWH keypad.
4. Crank the engine & run at high idle.
5. Go out side & watch the suspension air up. It may take a few minutes if the air system was low. By the time the air governor purges the dryer it should be up.

The suspension should return to ride height. The green light may not turn on until you put the transmission in gear.

I have a 2002 Windsor and when I press the "OFF" button on the HWH panel and start the engine the air bags will fill to the "TRAVEL" position and the "TRAVEL" light turns on green. If I have been in the CG for a while and the air has drained down, it may take two or three minutes for the air bags to fill up.

I am having a similar issue with my coach with HWH air leveling. Levels fine but only the rear will inflate to travel height, front does not. I have to dump all the air and reset the HWH system repeatedly to get the front to travel height. At times, that doesn't even work and I have to drive the coach a few feet and it will finally come up.

Talked to HWH and they say either a travel mode solenoid/s bad or maybe defective control board. Have appointment March 31 at my dealer to get it fixed. I made sure I did not level the coach when I last parked it at home. Left it at travel height and it has held that for a month so I certainly don't have any leaks.
