HWH Control Panel and Control Box in for repair

I posted several days ago regarding a “dead” HWH Control Panel on our 2005 KSDP. I’ve tried all the suggestions given here. It looks like I’m at the point where the Control Panel and Control Box need to be sent into HWH for repair.

Is there a simple way to manually dump the air bags so I can continue using the coach while the HWH is being repaired.

What has been your experience with how long it takes HWH to do the repair and what was the cost?

I don't know about your coach, but on our previous coach, an '06 Dynasty, I do not believe that I could have done what you are hoping to do, manually. On ours, the air had to be dumped (or increased) to get all of the air bags to "ride height" before the coach could be operated. With a "dead" control panel, I don't know how I might have been able to do that.

On our coach, there was a rocker switch that was a "RESET" for the system. I did not see your post that you refer to several days ago, so I don't know if the RESET was talked about. On ours, that switch was in the front run box, on the outside of the coach, but manufactures can get pretty creative as to where to mount devices such as that.

I'm attaching the repair manual from HWH that applied to our coach. It may or may not be helpful. The "troubleshooting" section starts on page 3.

We had to have our leveling module (the 6" x 9" x 12" approx unit) that was mounted to the ceiling in one of our basement bays returned to HWH for repair, and they did a good job for us, but that was probably over 15 years ago, and I do not find any records of shipping dates or repair quotes for the work. It was removed, returned for repair, returned and reinstalled (by me) while we were stationary, with no impact on our travel plans, so I don't have any way to determine how long the process actually took.

My coach has a place to hook an air hose in one of the underneath bays. If you have the same arrangement, you could dump the air there.
