The last question to ask is is the pump running, and is it making pressure? You said you can hear the motor running, that's half the battle.

Just an update on my jacks problem. I found that the control board had shorted and wouldn’t function. I removed and send it to HWH for repair. They fixed it and I reinstalled it and the jacks are working fine. I do have an adjustment problem with the level light indicators and I will work on those.

Thanks for the follow up! How much did HWH charge for the board repair? I ended up rebuilding my pump motor, replaced one solenoid, and put it all back together and I am up and running!

This is not hard.

Get a good level (I actually use an angle sensor app on my phone). Level the coach manually until it's perfect. Find the adjuster for the sensor board (on ours it's a screw inside a plastic piece with a hex nut molded into it) on the side of the control board assembly. It will connect to the sensor board, which has four lights on it that. Move the screw in and out as necessary until two lights of the lights are out. Move the nut in both directions as needed to make the other two go out. Retract the jacks, autolevel, and recheck. It was unexpectedly easy. 10 minutes, tops.
