HWH leveling trouble

I have 05 MA 4307 with the HWH 625 leveling system. All has been well. i have been in one place for two months. I moved over the weekend. The HWH panel would not come on when i pushed the LEVEL ON button. So i kept working with it. It would come on when i pushed the STORE button and the jacks came up. Problem solved until i got to my new place and the system still will not come on unless i push the STORE button. But even when it is on it will not level, the jacks will not go down auto or manual. The control pad is lighting up when i push the STORE button but not the ON LEVEL button. the OFF button turns it off. Any ideas, i am sitting on the wheels for now?

Contact AZPete here on iRV2 via PM. He works for HWH and can answer your questions and guide you to a solution.

Quite possibly the On/Level switch. I posted about repairing the panel by replacing bad switches, if you're so inclined.

Check out the manuals on the HWH site. They have plenty of system specific stuff to help you.

hwh 625 level system

I'm not good with electrical stuff so can I get any help on how to determine if my solenoid or pump motor or my relays would need to be replaced.? My jacks won't deploy and then when I hit the store button the LED light just keeps blinking. I do hear a click or hum coming from the motor when the button is pressed.

Your HWH unit should be at the passenger front. You can see it and access it when you pull out your generator tray.

First thing it to check the voltage to the HWH control board. They act flaky without good power.
