HWH Service Facility

The HWH Service Facility is located at 2096 Moscow Road, Moscow Iowa. That is just South of I80 at exit 267 (Tipton/Moscow).

When you look at the Google Map overhead view of the facility, you will see three main buildings. The Service facility is in the South end of the large building at the back of the facility.

There are three entrances from Moscow Road. There is a sign that identifies the third driveway as the Service entrance.

We understood that there are five electric hookups, but upon our arrival, we saw three pedestals in the notch at the Southeast corner of the building and no others.

There is a door to the office on the Southwest corner of the building to the left of the garage doors along the South side of the building. Inside the door is the lounge and the office is through a door on the right side of the lounge. The toilets are through a door on the left side of the lounge.

The customer parking for your Tow vehicle or TOAD while you wait for the rig work to be completed is in front of the office door.

The garage doors lead to interior bays where the rigs are worked on. You will be assigned the bay that you are to deliver your rig, when you talk to the office dispatch. Note - we saw several rigs moved from one bay to another and assumed that different work is done in different bays, so your rig may need to move.
