Hydroflame intermittent working

Sometimes it goes, sometimes it wont, took it apart to check it out, everything is clean, wiggled all electrical connections, but that didnt change a thing, still not consistant in working. Gas is good, Electrical is good, really stumped.

I bought this trailer last year, furnace wouldnt light, so the previous owner took it in and got it fixed (they put a new board on it) and said it was good to go, tested it, it worked, bought it, never used it until now...

Its a 94 prowler
Thoughts?

fan runs, you can hear the ignitor clicking away, for 3 cycles, then itll shut down if it doesnt light and flash the 3 light code.

I had this problem a few years ago on a hydroflame unit- the ignitor/flame sensor (the electrode thing in your picture) had gone bad. A new ignitor solved the problem. I had tried cleaning it but it didn't help. It was lighting the burner but not sensing a flame.

Your ignitior may be going out or has gone out. I had to replace one on my house's central heating last year. If it's like that, it's supposed to grow red and ignite the gas. It may be less fancy on an RV but probably the same basic idea.

Does it have an automatic piezo lighter?

This talks about testing a manual one..

Could be it went bad.

in my first post, the very bottom picture shows 3 rods, the one with the bent end, actually sparks to ignite the flame

Hmm.. must be a piezo lighter. Does it spark when trying to light, or is it not visible when installed? A piezo gives off a tiny spark to ignite. Now I remember, I heard the clicking of it.. but if it's stopped working, it won't spark even if it's clicking.

its not visible, whole thing goes into the furnace. I can hear it clicking, in the video's you will hear it, so that makes me think that its sparking, so something else is the issue?

I think it'll click even when it's not throwing a spark. Do you smell gas after it fails to light?
