Sorry, I forgot to go back to this page and reply. No, that is not the controller for the smartwheel. I called around and could not find anyone that carried it so I went back to the manufacturer and purchased it from them. Just so everyone will know, if you ever need one, the cost is $178 plus shipping. It will come with a 1 yr warranty.
