I pulled my Generac 75D generator out

I've pulled my Generac 75D generator out; mainly to replace the drive belt, which gave out. I sure wasn't looking forward to the job, since the generator isn't on a slide and it wasn't installed to come out easily. They sure could've designed it better. But it's out now and I'm doing what I can before putting it back in, so hopefully will get a lot more years of service before it has to come out again.

So far I've replaced both belts and the fuel lines.

Just wanted to start this post in case anyone is needing pics or info while I have it out. Let me know if I can help.

Thanks

Randy,

Here are the steps I used...

Drop suspension air and retract jacks. For safety.
Disconnect positive battery cable supply to the generator. I disconnected at the Battery Control Center board.
Remove coach body generator access hatch.
Disconnect the negative battery cable at rear of the generator.
Disconnect the positive battery cable at rear of the generator.
Remove and plug fuel line supply and return hoses at rear of generator. Mark which goes where.
Flip off generator output breaker.
Unplug the passenger side coach to generator wiring connector.
Disconnect the AC output wiring at the coach junction box and free the conduit from the coach.
Remove the 4 generator to frame mounting bolts.
Ensure that nothing is attached between the coach and generator.
Construct a platform in front of the coach to pull the generator out and onto.
Block underneath the sides of the generator to prevent it from dipping when pulling it out.
Use PVC pipes or similar on top of the platform and blocks for the generator to roll on to reduce friction.
Position a floor jack with a block of wood underneath at the back of the generator to lift it slightly off the mounting frame.
Wrap a strap around the generator and attach to a winch or rachet.
Slowly winch the generator out, while using the floor jack to lift the rear of the generator and pulling it forward and out of the coach.

Hopefully I didn't miss anything there.

Thanks
