Ice Maker For Norcold N15DCIMSS

When it rains, it pours. We got our motorhome out of storage and are finding a lot of little things to repair that worked before.
Now we find the ice maker on our Norcold 15DCIMSS stopped working. We checked the temperature is down, the water is on, the power is fine. We checked the solenoid, applying power directly to the solenoid, and it worked. No water is in the ice maker. We think the problem is with the ice maker calling for the water. Any ideas? Do we just replace the ice maker? I only found 1 place that listed the 641033 Norcold part for sale.

(This fridge is only 2 years old and was in storage for a year. We have had issues since we got it with the freezer door staying on track and sealing and moving smoothly. I am really regretting replacing our old broken Dometic 1400 with this.)

The last Norcold ice maker I was involved with had a thermal switch , inline , if the freezer isn't cold enough the unit won't start the cycle .

Did you get a full manual with the fridge ?

The manual may detail trouble shooting and location of the thermal switch ( if so equipped) .

No full manual . I took these pictures of the back connection. The blue and yellow wires are from the solenoid and you can see the black power cord as well as a couple of connections where it plugs in. But I can't see how to attach them since they aren't on a webpage

Conclusion.- After we gave up, it started making ice. Perhaps having it unplugged, reset it. I don't know; magically fixed by the ice elves.
