Ideas for AC power outlet on slider

Not sure if this is the right category.. but here goes.

I'd like to put a power outlet somewhere on the slideout section. Our slide has the couch and the dining area. Both are great for sitting with a laptop but it would be sure nice to plug in without running a wire I can (and do) inevitably trip over.

Just looking for ideas. I was thinking of something I could plug in after the slide it out, but that just seemed like an accident looking for place to happen.

had the same issue inmour MH so i asked our shop for some ideas. what they did was to mount a 120vac outlet with two additional USB connections and a 12v outlet on to, actually in to, the side of the couch. very convenient.

I'm looking more for the "mechanics" of doing it than location. I have a great spot under the dining table in the back of where the drawer goes. I'm just not sure what a safe way to get power there is. The only power on that side of the cabin is the 12v in the ceiling for the lamps.

I hate the thought of removing the "barrier" underneath, but I might have to for this.
