Identify This Mysterious Black Box. Please.

I'm in the final stages of renovating a 2002 Class C on a Ford E350 chassis. Some limited electrical issues. I've been chasing wires. Pulled up the bed platform to find this unidentifiable Black Box. Only marking is MADE IN KOREA. The wires run through the wall and into the bathroom/under the shower pan. It was late in the day so I didn't get after it with my multi tester. Didn't take it apart either. That rubber hood makes it look like it was meant for a wet environment.

Is there still enough info on the label to help? It's pretty dirty.
