It could be a low voltage code. When this is happening is the rig on shore power or just battery power?
If it is on battery power what is the battery voltage?
Are you using the idiot lights on the monitor to determine battery charge level?

When this is happening how many items are running on the inverter?

I am on shore power in a permanent site. Have replaced both batteries. When first replaced batteries the monitor read 13 volts then about a week later it had the code of EO5 and then flashes OL with the green indicator light on. the other button when pushed does nothing . Thanks again for the help. I know my 5th wheel is under warranty for this sort of thing but the dealer wants to charge a service call every time they come out because they say warranty work does not cover the service call

you can get a multimeter and measure the voltage. it should be around 13.6v.
my suspection is - your battery does not get charged; maybe faulty inverter/charger.
