Inverter/Converter Issues

I have been having problems with the charging of my house batteries. I have a 91 Monaco Crown Royal signature series DP.

checked house battery and found dead cells is an Interstate SRM-4D unit. Replaced with 2 Sam's club 4D series batteries.

Checked out put of alternator at Battery Isolator and with engine running was delivering 13.2 volts on back side of Isolator on both house and engine batteries.

Checking from the outlet of the Battery Isolator I Switched to Generator and Shore Power and found that there was no charging to House batteries but engine battery was being charged. Checked both voltage on back side of isolator and read amps going to battery.

So I am suspecting that the output on the converter/inverter?Charger is blown on the Hart HS12-2000SU system.

Additional info: with out ac input to MH the axillary panel shows the inverter/converter/charger, charging. ???

Checking ac outlets on battery power I am only reading 95-98 volts. Not good.

So I suspect inverter/converter/charger is bad (at least on the house side).

Any input from the brain trust?

13.2 volts isn't enough to charge batteries fully. The batteries might not be charged enough to run the inverter up to full power.

Additional info -

There is AC output from inverter with fully charged batteries am getting right at 108 volts.

Shore power and generator work to provide sufficient AC to run all ac appliances.

There is a hum from inverter with AC power applied indicating the transformer has power.

Disconnected batteries from system - connected shore power - tested DC output from Inverter - 00.0 volts.

No lights - no nada. Any opinions?

I believe the Diodes or some other internal component is kaput.

I found a repair shop here in town so will probably be taking it out this weekend and have shop test and repair as necessary.
